🌸 Store & Return Policies

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your product, please note that we do accept returns on all orders under the conditions set below:

If you wish to return or exchange a product that you purchased from our online stores, please email us to obtain a return authorization number as well as our current mailing/return address.

letolworld.com or letol.com (Open at Lunchtime Inc.) do not offer FREE returns and do not issue free shipping labels for returns unless the product received has been damaged in transit or doesn't correspond to the item ordered initially.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges and insurance (and/or entry/custom fees if shipped back from a foreign country) of any item they wish to return. A valid tracking number providing delivery confirmation is strongly recommended to monitor and refund/exchange any returned item timely, or to prevent disputes if an item is undelivered or lost.

We will refund or exchange (if stock is available) any unworn/unused products at any time during the period from our dispatch confirmation to the end of 15 days after the day on which you receive the products. Products must be returned in new condition with the original tag or packaging.

Terms of Service & Shipping

Most orders will depart from our office and store located in California (although some may ship from our stockroom in France) within 2 business days after placement. We ship Priority Mail with USPS and FedEx, as well as Global Priority Mail with Colissimo for any order shipped from France. If we ship your order from France, shipping fees and prices will remain the same. Any applicable import fee and/or tax are included in our retail price are paid by us.

ETA for your order is within 3 to 8 business days after processing, depending on your location. Letolworld.com and letol.com orders currently only travel within the U.S.. 

For special requests to shipping areas outside the U.S. please feel free to email us at hello@letolworld.com with your contact information and address, so we can better serve you and forward your demand to a retail partner based in your county, or directly to our team based in France.

Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and to help ensure protection, our website is using Squarespace platform and protocols, providing the most up-to-date encryption technology so your personal information cannot be read as it travels through our processing system. This includes your billing, credit card, phone number and email address used for your order and account information.

Use of Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share with any other company or agency the information you provide to us. You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping at letolworld.com or letol.com or in our retail store(s).

Newsletters & invitations

If you would like to receive emails regarding Létol sales or events, check the appropriate box during the order and registration process or sign up for our email list on the top of our homepage (Sign in via our Login link in the menu). Every email comes with a link to unsubscribe.
